Farmacia Santos began in Copán Ruinas with a simple mission: to bring quality medication and personal attention to every family. Today, from our pharmacy in the centre of Copán Ruinas and with the Club Santos programme, we remain true to that promise.
The story
Our story begins with an open door
In 1958, newlyweds Raymundo Santos and Alba Rodríguez Valle — Doña Albita — arrived in Santa Rita de Copán and built a business on hard work and a kept word.
She was a teacher: she taught her husband to read, and after he died in 1980 she carried the family mission alone — every one of their children through university. The town called her la Doctora del Pueblo: her door was always open, at any hour, to anyone.
Their children grew up behind that counter. We keep that door open: treat every person like family, and do things right.
Mission
That no family in our towns goes without their medicine — or without advice they can trust. We serve every day with reliable products, fair prices, and the warmth you give a neighbor.

To be the trusted pharmacy of every town in western Honduras: the one that knows you by name, advises you honestly, and always keeps its door open.
